For over 30 years, our roastery has been part of New Zealand’s coffee story. Led by Derek Townsend – founder of DKD Café and inventor of the flat white – we’ve helped shape the local coffee culture while staying true to our values of quality, craft, and sustainability.

We source high-quality organic and Fairtrade beans from trusted growers around the world, then roast them in small batches right here in New Zealand. Every blend is crafted with care, using traditional methods and Derek’s expert hand.
